Eldhose Paul is a well-known Indian athlete from Kerala. He was participated in Men’s Triple Jump. In the World Athletics Championship he won the position of first Indian to qualify in the final of the triple jump.

Eldhose Paul was born on 7th November 1996 in Ernakulum, Kerala, India. His parents are Kochuthottathil Paulose and Mariakutty. His sibling is Abin Paul.
His father is a worker in a toddy shop and he lost his mother when he was only four years old. Later his grandmother takes care of him. He belongs to a Christian family and mother tongue is Malayalam.
He gained his high school education from Krishnan Elayath Memorial High School, Alangad. He achieved his secondary education from M.T.M Higher Secondary School Pampakuda. He completed graduation in Bachelor of Arts from Mar Athanasius College, Kothamangalam.

Eldhose Paul Career Journey
Eldhose Paul was very interested in sports since childhood. He practiced long vault during school days. He was participated in many interschool competitions. He won many medals and achievements for his extraordinary performances in sports sector.
While pursuing his graduation he was selected for the Indian Navy and joined immediately.
In 2021 he made his national debut through Indian Grand Prix 4 held on Patiala. He became the winner of the competition and gained a gold medal.
He also participated in National Inter State Senior Athletics Championship held on Patiala on 2021. He won a gold medal and other achievements.
In 2022 he participated in triple jump competitions. He is the contestant of the competitions like Indian Open Jump Competition Thiruvananthapuram, Indian Grand Prix Trivandrum and Indian Grand Prix Bhuvaneshwar.
In 2022 he made his International debut through participating in the Qosanov Memorial Almaty. He procured a Silver Medal in this competition.
He participated in World Athletics Championship Oregon 2022, Hayward Field, Eugene held on 21st July 2022.
In August 2022 he involved in the Men’s Triple Jump Competition in the Commonwealth Games held on Birmingham and won a Gold Medal with a jump of 17.03 meters.
In Men’s Triple Jump at the Commonwealth Games, Eldhose is the first person to achieve a gold medal.

In 2021 he won Gold Medals for participating in National Inter State Senior Athletics Championship and Indian Grand Prix 4 held in Patiala.
In 2022 he procured Gold Medals in Indian Grand Prix held in Trivandrum, National Federation Cup held in CH Muhammed Koya Stadium Thenhipalam, Indian Open Jumps Competitions held in Trivandrum and Commonwealth Games, Birmingham.
In 2022 he won Silver Medal for participating in Qosanov Memorial, Almaty. He won Bronze Medals for participating in Indian Grand Prix held in Bhuvaneshwar and National Inter State Senior Athletics Championship held in Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Chennai.
